RETURN POLICY
If your MIKAFERNS purchase didn't meet your expectations, we apologise!
Within 14 days of the purchase date, returns or exchanges for any other reason are acceptable as long as:
The item is not customised or created to order. You must email me to initiate the return process, and I will check that your things have been returned and are in their original condition.
We are sincerely sorry but gift cards and sale products cannot be returned.

- Please note, that we do not cover the cost of postage to return to us.
- Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order. However, used items will not be refunded or credited.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUND POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
FURTHER INFORMATION
