Orders are shipped every Monday and Thursday.

Since the majority of MIKAFERN'S items are handcrafted, there may be minimal variation in the cut or colours due to colours shown on your computer/mobile screens.

PACKAGING

To prevent any damages, every product is packaged in a cello bag and will be shipped in a cardboard sealed envelope/box.

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER

When you make an order on mikaferns.com, we will send you a confirmation email. We will then process the order within a day or 4 - 7 working days, we then hand it over to our nominated carriers.

Customers are in responsible of all shipping and insurance fees for returns, refunds, or replacements. The initial shipment charges will not be refundable.

If you are a buyer outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Should there be any duty to pay on your package, this is the customer's responsibility.
